Seller Policy

  • As a registered seller, you are allowed to list item(s) for sale on the Platform in accordance with the Policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this Seller Policy.
  • You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on the Platform.
  • You must ensure that the listed items do not compromise the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties.
  • You must fill the Vendor registration form with valid details:

○      GSTIN

○      Place of Business / Registered Business

○      Pick up location

○      Account Details

○      Upload the required document/s

Any discripencies found in the shared details authorizes Online Sale Bazaar  to black list you as vendor.

Once approved, any changes in Vendor Data has amendment fee of Rs 100/-

  • The avaliability of the stock for item(s) is to be strictly adhered:

○      In Stock/Out of Stock & availablity is to be managed from vendor portal.

○      Vendor should have stock within 48 Hour available for shipment.

○      In case of order, the item must be placed at the pick up location, otherwise you will be liable for a fine on value of sold item, as described under:

■      48 Hour - 64 Hour  : 15 % of product value

■      64 Hour – 80 Hour  : 25 % of product value

■      80 Hour – 96 Hour  : 50 % of product value

■      Above 96 Hour       : 100 % of product value.

○      Any penality charge is solely decided by online sale bazaaar as per above rules.

  • Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe your item for sale.
  • All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Platform.
  • The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe the actual condition of the product. Any discrepancy in shipped product and listed product is vendor’s responsibility.
  • If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund the shipping cost to the online sale bazaar OR you may not receive your wrong shipped product based on shipment company policy.
  • You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the Platform.
  • After the delivery of product to the buyer if any discrepancy is found in the product then OnlineSaleBazaar will determine if the the order is to be reversed or amount to be reversed or any possible action. Seller should conform with the platform decisions.
  • The monetary settlements with the Seller will be done within 15 days from date of delievery.
  • Taxes on the item are based on the GST rules and will be reflected in the invoice.
  • The platform charges are based on the commision list exchanged between the online sale bazaar and the vendor.
